Who Should Attend?
This course is aimed at anyone who, through the course of their employment, is required to wear face masks or respiratory protection either to protect themselves or those who they come in contact with. This includes both users wearers of RPE and their supervisors and managers who are required to have an in depth knowledge of Face Fit Testing using Qualitative Fit Test Methods and common respiratory hazards in the workplace. Candidates must be clean shaven. PPE should be supplied in the style required for job role, this includes the face mask to be tested wearing. Candidates should not eat, drink or smoke 30 mins prior to test and all are required to have a sense of smell.
Specific Face Fit Testing joining instructions will be supplied to you (if appropriate) once your booking is confirmed. If, once confirmation has been received, you are in anyway unsure of what prerequisites or items you need to bring or provide, then your dedicated training manager or the trainer conducting your course will be able to confirm this with you. May 2020 Course is currently available at client premises or via remote learning. In order to ensure its cost effectiveness client visits should ensure a minimum of 3 persons are in attendance. Each course requires individual training testing which will take approximately 40 minutes per person. Face fit testing kits are required. We are able to sell face fit testing kits however they are currently in short supply

We are currently unable to carry out training at our premises but can conduct group sessions on a one to one basis at client premises. We also have remote learning options available.
