The CITB Site Safety Plus 1-Day Health and Safety Awareness course is for those who have entered, or are about to enter the construction and civil engineering industry as a member of the workforce, to help them understand the potential hazards that they face at work on site....
Who Should Attend?
This programme is designed for all construction operative staff who require an understanding of health and safety regulations relating to construction activities. This course may be used as training prior to CPCS assessments and attendance of the CITB health and safety touch-screen test.
National Insurance Number Information: Full attendance of the course is mandatory to achieve a pass. Refreshments tea/coffee are included in the cost of the course. If you have any special dietary requirements (Soya Milk etc), special needs or learning difficulties please let us know prior to the commencement of the course. During your course you will be asked to complete a Course Assessment Report which will be submitted to CSkills with your final results for verification and includes required information as follows: Section A: Personal details including name, address, gender, date of birth, contact telephone and email details – please ensure you have your National Insurance Number and CSCS Card (if you have one) with you. Section B: To be completed by the trainer. Section C: To be completed if the employer intends to claim CITB grant – if so, the delegate will need to ensure that the seven-digit CITB Levy/Grant registration number, employer’s name, address and postcode are completed. If this section is not completed, it will be assumed that a claim for the CITB Levy/Grant is not required. We trust that you find all the above in order.
